Do I control my own prices?
Yes — you set whatever price you want for daily, weekly, and monthly rates. Skoot takes 20% commission from the price you set.
What does the customer do?
Everything happens in the app. The customer pays, makes a deposit, signs the contract, uploads their passport copy, and completes ID verification — all before arriving at your shop.
When do I get paid?
You get paid when the customer receives the scooter. They show you their Skoot QR Code, you scan it, and Skoot sends payment to you.
How does the deposit work?
The app holds the deposit amount you set for the entire rental period. At the end, if everything is OK with the scooter, the app returns the deposit to the customer.
What if there’s damage, missing fuel, or lost keys?
Just tell us how much to fix and we send you the THB for the repair. Any extra deposit money goes back to the customer.
What if damage costs more than the deposit?
We can help you get additional payment from the customer via their credit card on file.
Do I need to pay anything upfront?
No. Signup is FREE with no monthly fees. We only earn when you earn.
Can I keep my own walk-in customers?
Absolutely. No exclusivity — keep your own walk-in business and use Skoot to fill the rest of your fleet.
